Justin M. Osburn is the NIADA Retail 20 Group Moderator as well as dealer consultant and trainer. He offers over a decade of experience in BHPH and Retail executive management. Over his career Justin has served as a sales professional, finance director, sales manager, general manager, Chief Operations Officer and owner. Justin’s formal education in Organizational Development and Adult Learning catalyzes dynamic retail 20 groups and on-site consulting. Justin has also served in the United States Army, has been elected for public offices and served on numerous business board of directors. He is a dynamic public speaker, author and current instructor of the NIADA Certified Master Dealer’s Program.
Zack Klempf, Selly Automotive | Selling to Millenials and Gen Z
Zach Klempf is the millennial CEO of San Francisco-based Independent and BHPH dealership software company Selly Automotive. Zach started out working in the car business in Georgia when he was 19 years old. He is now a thought leader in the industry writing for multiple dealership magazines as well as other media outlets like Forbes and CNBC. Zach has spoken at independent dealership conferences across the country including NIADA, NABD, FIADA, GIADA (Last 2 Years), LIADA, TXIADA, IADAC, amongst others.
Jonathan Williams, SnapCell | Seeing is Believing – How Customers Buy
After 30 years in the automotive industry, Jon firmly supports the notion that ‘Seeing is Believing’. So much so, he recently combined his vast knowledge and experience to develop and launch SnapCell, an innovative video marketing app that enables salespeople and service technicians to communicate more effectively with customers; they see, they believe, they buy. Before SnapCell, Jon’s automotive career covered all areas – from dealership to manufacturer, technician to trainer, and working across America and Europe. Starting as a technician, he quickly progressed to Technical Trainer and then Training Manager for FCA UK for a period of 8 years. Jon relocated to America to take on the role of Project Director for VWGoA, implementing and managing the Volkswagen Elite Sales Training program, combining classroom delivery, in-dealer coaching and online training. During the developmental stages of SnapCell, he also took to the showroom floor to gain first-hand experience of sales in order to hone his solution.

Kerri Wise is VP, Dealer Training and Industry at TrueCar. In her role, she leads dealer training initiatives focused on helping dealers maximize their success on TrueCar. Kerri’s automotive career spans nearly 20 years, previously working at Edmunds.com and J.D. Power and Associates in various roles across sales, marketing, training, analytics and consulting.

Lt. Jim Price, Gwinnett PD | Curbstoning
Jim began his professional career when he enlisted in the Marines in 1984 and served 4 years as a Military Policeman. After Leaving the Marines he was hired by Gwinnett County in 1989. He has worked in Uniform patrol and Investigations. He was promoted to his current rank of Lieutenant in 2016 where he now serves as a shift commander in the Uniform Division. As an Investigator he specialized in Auto Theft and car related crimes. This is where he began seeing trends in cars sales on the street and problems with a lot of those vehicles. This included Stolen cars to unsuspecting victims. Cars with Vehicle Identification Numbers changed. Cars with major mechanical issues that consumers were unaware of. In researching these issues he found that the Georgia Criminal Code (Title 43) that dealt with car sales was outdated and hard to enforce. Since 2007 Jim has been teaching the Curbstoning laws to Officers not only in Gwinnett but around Georgia. He has been working with GIADA as a partner to educate consumers, Dealers and other Police Agencies in the current laws.
John Haliburton, Thrash-Haliburton | Legislative Update
John Halibuton with our government affairs firm of Thrash-Haliburton will give us important new updates on legislation and political occurrences that affect our industry and every day business. John has been with GIADA since 2007, when he first became a partner in Thrash-Haliburton with Mo Thrash. Before 2007, John was with the Georgia Automobile Dealers Association (franchise dealers) for four years. John just completed his 15th year at the State Capitol, and his partner Mo just completed his 48th year.

An 11-year veteran of the automotive industry, Majd specializes in the wholesale market, where he has worked nationally and internationally connecting buyers and sellers worldwide helping them utilize the best and newest technology to achieve growth and maximize profits. Prior to Cox Automotive, Majd held international finance and revenue management positions for Manhattan Associates and INVESCO. Majd earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kennesaw State University. He and his family live in Atlanta.

Wright has a keen understanding of the importance of customer experience from his years working in sales at Qualtrics. In his free time, Wright likes to spend his time in the outdoors mountain biking and hiking.
Bill Neylan, TaxMax | Make the Most of Tax Season
Bill Neylan started Tax Refund Services in 1995 and acquired Tax Max in 2006 to become the largest tax preparation company in the United States to focus solely on the car dealer customer. His 22 years of experience in the Buy Here Pay Here industry ranges from annual face to face interaction with the customer to participation in a number of state, regional, and national automotive and BHPH associations and trade groups. Doug Hadden isn’t just a car guy; he’s a car dealership guy. He started as a lot porter and has worked in every dealership department there is, from line mechanic to service writer, to new and used car sales, to finance manager and general manager. He knows how to make a dealership successful. After working with some of the most sought-after speakers and trainers in the automotive industry, Doug has devoted himself to training, coaching and growing others. Heading up the dealer consulting services team at ADESA isn’t just his job. It’s his calling.
